Milton Keynes Theatre

Lucie Jones steps into the famous pink high heels to become the iconic Elle Woods in Anthony Williams’ brand new UK tour of the Tony and Olivier Award-winning Legally Blonde the Musical. Sashaying into the Milton Keynes Theatre for a limited week of performances, the beloved musical comedy follows the well-known story of sorority president turned lawyer, adapted from Amanda Brown’s popular novel and the classic 2001 rom-com starring Reese Witherspoon.

Legally Blonde follows the bubbly, pink-clad Elle as she prepares for an extravagant proposal from her hunky boyfriend, Warner Huntington III. But when the evening takes a turn for the worse, Elle is forced to rally her spirits and do what she can to get her man back. Featuring a sassy score including “Omigod You Guys”, “So Much Better” and “Bend and Snap”, and more, this is the ultimate story of friendship, true love and the power of believing in yourself.

Joining Lucie Jones (Rent, The Wedding Singer) is EastEnders’ Rita Simons and Emmerdale’s Bill Ward as Paulette and Professor Callahan, with sparkling new direction and choreography by Anthony Williams (Little Shop of Horrors, Hairspray UK tours). A vibrant, colourful musical packed with punchy girl-power, Legally Blonde the Musical is guaranteed to lift your spirits and have you dancing in your seat!
